For years people have admired and coveted Somers Fitz Randolph's unique stone sculptures. His organic shapes inspire both classic and contemporary sensibilities and are represented in collections worldwide. Randolph's unusual style reveals the inherent beauty in his favorite mediums: alabaster, marble, limestone and talc.

A compulsive whittler, Somers has been carving tiny soapstone pieces since 1975. Several years ago, Hillary Fitzpatrick - now Hillary Randolph - discovered a trunk full of these miniature sculptures in Somers' studio. A modern alchemist, Hillary transformed stone into silver and gold.

Somers jewelry casts his tiny soapstone sculptures into silver and gold. From an initial set of eight limited edition pieces, the Somers collection has grown to over 130 different styles, with hundreds yet to be cast. Each piece is available in solid sterling silver, vermeil, or carat gold, hand finished and polished to perfection.
